1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Upside Platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false information.

3. Packages & Deposits

1. Package Selection: Users must select a package before making a deposit. Available packages: 10,000 PKR, 30,000 PKR, 50,000 PKR, or 1,00,000 PKR.
2. USDT Only: All deposits must be made in USDT (TRC20 network). Fiat currencies (PKR) are not accepted directly.
3. Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit is 10,000 PKR (approximately 36 USDT at current rates).
4. Deposit Verification: All deposits require manual admin approval. Processing time is 5-30 minutes.
5. Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Withdrawal Rules

1. Lock Period: Funds are locked for 6 months from deposit date.
2. Early Withdrawal: Withdrawals before 6 months incur a 25% processing fee.
3. After Lock Period: Withdrawals after 6 months have zero fees.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal is 1,000 PKR (approximately 3.57 USDT).
5. Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after admin approval.
6. Ad Completion: Users must complete all 5 daily ads to qualify for daily rewards.

5. Ad Engagement Rules

• Each package includes 5 ads per day (Monday-Friday).
• Saturday and Sunday are off - no ads and no rewards.
• Rewards are credited only after completing all 5 ads.
• Partial completion does not qualify for rewards.
• Automated or fraudulent ad engagement is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards from suspicious activity.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the reward system.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated methods to watch ads.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise platform security.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Impersonating other users or admin staff.
• Sharing false or misleading information.

Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Fees & Charges

• Deposit Fee: No deposit fee.
• Withdrawal Fee (Early): 25% of withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal Fee (After 6 Months): 0%.
• Network Fees: Users are responsible for TRC20 network fees.
• Inactivity Fee: No inactivity fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Upside Platform shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect wallet addresses.
• Technical issues, downtime, or maintenance interruptions.
• Third-party actions, including hackers or cyber attacks.
• Market fluctuations affecting USDT value.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity (over 6 months).
• Upon user request (with remaining balance processed).

Upon termination, any remaining balance will be processed according to withdrawal rules.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
